Patrick is a valued member of our Litigation Team, where he focuses his practice on condominium law, multifamily real estate law, and a broad range of real estate litigation matters.
Patrick joined Allcock & Orban after developing a strong foundation in landlord-tenant law throughout Massachusetts, with a particular focus on regulated housing, including multifamily, Section 8, and public housing as well as a variety of litigation matters. He has extensive experience representing clients in Superior, Housing, and District Courts across the Commonwealth and is equally skilled at resolving disputes through negotiation and out-of-court settlements when appropriate.
Patrick’s experience has taught him to bring a thoughtful, client-focused approach to every matter. He understands that legal disputes can be disruptive and stressful, and he strives to guide clients through the process with clear communication, diligent advocacy, and dependable service tailored to each client’s needs and objectives.
Patrick earned his bachelor’s degree from Merrimack College and his Juris Doctor from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. While attending Villanova, he participated in the Villanova Tax Clinic, where he gained valuable practical experience representing clients.
Outside of the office, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife and their growing family.
