Overview

Cassidy is an Associate Attorney, focusing on general condominium representation, in all areas of litigation, and multifamily real estate law. She is motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting all of her clients’ needs.

Prior to joining Allcock & Orban, Cassidy dedicated her legal services to the field of Housing Law – mainly representing landlords in Summary Process matters, civil suits, fair housing concerns, and other litigation matters. This experience brought her to representing clients in Superior Courts, Housing Courts, and District Courts throughout the Commonwealth, as well as settling matters outside of court, where necessary.

Cassidy earned her bachelor’s degree in policial science at Rutgers University in New Jersey. During that time, she developed a strong interest in the law through her work with a family law firm, an internship with the Monmouth County Superior Court, and by lobbying on Capitol Hill. While at New England Law, she gained further experience with clerkships at family law firms, housing firms, and the Massachusetts Department of Children & Families.
